Ingredients:
8 slices
bacon, cooked
4 cups
romaine lettuce, ripped
1 cup red
grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup low-fat
croutons
¼ cup light
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon
cider vinegar
½ teaspoon
sugar
Preparation:
Wash lettuce
and add to a large bowl.
Cut the bacon
in small pieces and add to bowl.
Add tomatoes
to the bowl.
Add croutons
to the bowl.
Toss
everything thoroughly.
In a smaller
bowl combine the mayonnaise, water, cider vinegar and sugar. Wisk everything
thoroughly.
Add dressing
to large bowl and toss everything again.
Serve 4.
