Holiday Steak Sauce Corn.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon salt

1 tomato, diced

½ cup green onions, chopped

¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 can of corn

1 cup slice black olives

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 lime, juiced

2 pounds sirloin steak

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoon lemon, juiced

Preparation:

Prepare corn salsa several hours before you start cooking the steaks.

Combine salt and tomatoes in a small bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.

Drain the liquid from the bowl, pressing for discard the excess.

Combine tomatoes, green onions, bell pepper, chili powder, corn, olives, vegetable oil and lemon juice.

Preheat grill or broiler. Sprinkle meat with garlic powder.

Roast the meat giving it 5 minutes per side for medium or cook until you get the desired cooking.

Sprinkle the steak cooked with lemon juice.

Cut meat into serving pieces. Distribute corn salsa over the meat portions.

Serves 4
