Tennessee Style Pork Spareribs

Tennessee Style Pork Spareribs on a white plate



Ingredients:

2 pounds pork spareribs

1 tablespoons garlic powder

½ tablespoon seasoned salt

½ cup Worcestershire sauce

½ cup Takumi sauce

¼ cup rice vinegar

¼ cup ketchup

⅛ cup brown sugar

Preparation:

Mix garlic powder and seasoned salt together in a small bowl.

Rub mixture of garlic and salt over the ribs, front and back.

Combine Takumi sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup and brown sugar in shallow bowl.

Put the pork ribs on the shallow bowl and let ribs marinate for at least an hour or overnight placing on fridge.

Prepare your grill for indirect heat.

Place the ribs in the center of the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours or to an internal temperature of 160˚F.

Use rest of marinate mixture brushing over ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Serve 4.
