Ingredients:
2 cucumbers,
peeled, thinly sliced
½ small red
onions, thinly sliced
2 cups of
cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup of Greek feta
cheese
½ cup of
olive oil
½ cup of
white wine vinegar
¼ cup of
sugar
1 teaspoon of
dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of
sea salt
½ teaspoon of
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation:
In a bottle
with lid combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning, ground
black
pepper and salt.
Shake and mix
it until all ingredients are mixed...
