Ingredients:
1 large
banana, sliced, 4 slices reserved
2 cups
blueberries, 8 berries reserved
¼ cup honey
1 cup cold
milk
3 tablespoons
wheat germ, divided
1 pint
vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
Preparation:
Place banana,
blueberries, honey, milk and 2 tablespoons wheat germ in a blender; process
until well blended.
Add yogurt to
blender; process until well mixed.
Pour yogurt
mixture into serving glasses.
Top each
shake with reserved blueberries, banana slices and wheat germ.
Serve 4.
