Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake
Ingredients:
1 medium
organic Fuji apple, roughly chopped
1 cup vanilla
hemp milk (or soy or almond milk)
1 teaspoon
ground flax seeds
2 teaspoon
creamy peanut butter
1 banana (use
all frozen banana for a more thick “milkshake” like texture)
1 teaspoon
maple syrup
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup frozen
banana (optional for a thicker texture)
¼ cup ice
Preparation:
Put together
all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend at high
speed.
Serve as cool
as possible.
