Broccoli
and Cheese Baked
Ingredients:
5 boxes
frozen chopped broccoli
1 pound
Velveeta cheese
⅛ teaspoon salt,
to taste
⅛ teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
⅛ teaspoon garlic
powder, to taste
¾ cup butter
1 sleeve Ritz
crackers
Preparation:
Boil broccoli
in salted water for 4 to 7 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Season
broccoli with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Melt 1 stick
butter and Velveeta cheese (careful not to burn).
Add cheese
mixture to broccoli.
Crumble
crackers and mix throughout, saving some for the top.
Dot casserole
with remaining butter.
Bake 20−25
minutes at 350°F.
Let stand 5
minutes before serving.
