Crock
Pot Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients:
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 medium
green bell pepper, chopped
2 celery
stalks, chopped
2 tablespoons
garlic, minced
2 cans (16
ounces each) chili beans, mild seasoning
2 cans (10
ounces each) Rotel with chilies
2 cans (15.5
ounces each) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15
ounces) stewed tomatoes
2 cans (8
ounces) tomato sauce
1 package
(1.25 ounce package) chili seasoning
Preparation:
Combine all
the ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Serve hot.
