Italian Chicken Casserole
This recipe is another one
of those that can be tailor made to whatever your family likes.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (you can cut them into chunks or
leave them whole)
3 medium potatoes, cut into approximately 1 inch chunks (leave the
peeling on)
2 cups broccoli, frozen
1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
½ stick of butter, melted
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with
cooking spray. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place the chicken breasts down
the center of the casserole dish.
Place the cut up potatoes on one
side and the broccoli on the other.
Sprinkle the salad dressing mix
evenly over the entire pan and then drizzle the melted butter as evenly as you
can over the whole pan.
Top with tinfoil and bake 45-50
minutes.
Take the tinfoil off and bake
another 5-10 minutes.
