Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of ice
1/3 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 a Large Frozen Banana
1 tsp of Maple Syrup
1/3 cup of Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (But I bet vanilla would
be good to)
1/3 cup of non-fat milk (milk of your choice will work)
1/3 Cup of Apple Juice (I used unfiltered Apple Juice from
Trader Joe’s)
Preparation:
Throw all the ingredients and blend away until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Serve 2 cup.
This would be good after a workout.
