Sex on the Beach Cocktail

“Though I had certainly heard of the drink, I can't recall ever ordering or making one.  Is my mistake for waiting so long.  The cocktail supposedly originated in Ft. Lauderdale in 1987 as a result of a contest to promote Peach Schnapps.  Currently, there are over a dozen variations of the drink, but our recipe sticks to the original, which is now an International Bartenders Association Official Cocktail.  We hope you enjoy our "Cocktail of the Week"... Ingredients:

2 ounces Vodka

2 ounces Peach Schnapps

2 ounces Orange Juice

2 ounces Cranberry Juice

Cherry for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. 

Cover, shake well, and pour into your favorite cocktail glass. 

Garnish with a cherry, insert a couple of sipping straws, and start enjoying your Sex on the 

Beach ...without the sand ;o)
