Steak
Teriyaki
Ingredients:
Boneless
sirloin steak
Marinade:
2 vine ripe
tomatoes – diced
⅓ cup vinegar
⅓ cup soy
sauce
⅓ cup
teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon
sugar
1 inch piece
of fresh ginger – chopped
4 cloves of
garlic – chopped
Preparation:
Combine all
of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Add the steak
and cover for at least 1 hour.
Heat a
griddle and place the steak on the hot griddle.
Grill the
steak to your liking and serve.
This steak
