Avocado Tomato Onion Salad
Ingredients:
2 ripe
avocados
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 medium
yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoon
fresh lime juice
⅛ teaspoon
rosemary
⅛ teaspoon
dill weed
Salt, to
taste
Fresh ground
black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Slice your
avocados in two halves.
To create
pretty chunks, cut each half in a cross-cross design.
Then pop out
the pieces and add them to a medium bowl.
Cut tomatoes
in chunks as well.
Add tomatoes
to the bowl.
Add lime
juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir and
taste.
Add rosemary
and dill weed.
Stir and
taste again.
Chill before
serve.
Serve 6.
