Honey
Orange Butter Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 (¾ pound)
pork tenderloins
1 cup orange
juice
½ cup red
wine
¼ cup soy
sauce
¼ cup
Teriyaki sauce
2 cloves
garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tablespoons
butter, melted
2 tablespoons
orange juice
2 tablespoons
honey
Preparation:
Place
tenderloins in large reseal able plastic bag.
In a medium
bowl blend together remaining ingredients.
Pour over
pork and seal bag.
Marinate in
refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat oven
to 425°F.
Remove pork
from marinade and do not discard marinade.
Roast pork
until internal temperature as measured with an instant-read thermometer reaches
160 °F,
blasting pork several times with marinate sauce.
Let it cool
five minutes before slice.
Slice to
serve.
