Marinated Chicken Breasts with Vinegar & Spices
4 chicken breasts
For marinade combine:
2 tablespoons red pepper seasoned rice vinegar
4 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Let chicken soak in marinade for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
In a large heated frying pan place the chicken breasts.
Let chicken become golden on one side before turning over, then let the other side become
