Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner

“Perfect for St Patrick's Day!” cherylb

Ingredients:

3-4 pounds of corned beef brisket

2 medium onions sliced

2 minced garlic cloves

2 bay leaves

6 cloves, whole

6 medium sized potatoes, pared

5 small sized carrots, pared

1 medium cabbage, cut into 6 wedges

Preparation:

Put the corned beef in Dutch oven then just slightly cover with hot water.

Add garlic, onion, cloves, and bay leaves.
