Creamy Lemon-Lime Herb Sauce

“This sauce goes marvelously on fish, crab cakes, or even as a salad dressing.” Kevin


½ cup homemade mayonnaise (or store-bought)

2 tablespoons finely minced parsley

1 green onion, finely minced

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lime juice

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon thyme

⅛ teaspoon Old Bay


Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Serve on top of seafood, crab 
cakes, or salad.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
