Gladiator

“My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, Commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius, father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife, and I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.”  I love a movie with great quotes.  I have no idea if this cocktail has anything to do with the movie, but it has simple ingredients, is easy to put together, and tastes delicious.  Give it a try, our featured cocktail... Ingredients:

1.5 ounces Southern Comfort

1.5 ounces Amaretto

2 ounces Orange Juice

2 ounces 7-Up (diet is fine)

Any fruit for garnish (I used Watermelon)

Preparation:

Pour the Amaretto and the Southern Comfort into a cocktail glass. 

Stir vigorously, and then add the Orange Juice. 

Add ice, and pour the 7-Up over the top…
