Pan Glazed Pork Chops
“Really tasty pork chops. This
recipe uses lean and boneless pork chops - they cook quickly and taste great.” ruthi2010
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup maple syrup
3 teas Spicy mustard
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 teas thyme (fresh if possible)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Trim fat off pork chops and slice into the sides here and there so they
don't curl while cooking.
Pat chops dry with paper towels and season.
Combine maple syrup, mustard, thyme and vinegar in a bowl.
