Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
pepper
½ cup water
1 pound
sirloin beef steak, cubed
4 medium
potatoes, cubed
1½ cups baby
carrots
8 ounces
sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can beef
broth (14 oz)
1 can dice
tomatoes, not drained (14 oz)
Directions:
Mix
Worcestershire, flour, salt, pepper and water together in a greased slow
cooker.
Add beef and
remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover and
cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
