Basic Fruit Smoothie

“This recipe allows you to get creative or use whatever you may have on hand.  The formula includes juice, yogurt, and fruit.  Think of how many juices there are out there and how many yogurt flavors there are.  Now think of all the fruits available.  The flavor combinations are ENDLESS!” Laura

Ingredients:

1 cup juice

1½ cup yogurt

1½ – 2 cups frozen fruit

Instructions:

Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed above.

Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.
