Crock
Pot Balsamic Beef
“Quick, easy
and delicious!!” Leigh Anne
Ingredients:
1¾ pounds
boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast)
1 cup beef
broth
½ cup
balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
1½ tablespoons
honey
½ teaspoon
red pepper flakes
3 cloves
garlic, chopped
Instructions:
Place roast
in crock pot.
Mix together
remaining ingredients.
Pour over
roast.
Cook on high
for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Remove roast
from cooker and shred with a fork.
Place in
serving dish.
Pour ½ cup of
juice over roast.
