Prime Rib for Two
“I love whole meals cooked on the grill.” Ann
This little two pound prime rib was pre salted on Sunday and grilled on Tuesday.
Taken off the grill when the internal temperature was 112°F and left to rest while the vegetables
To serve, I just removed the bone and cut the roast into two thick slices.
Looks absolutely perfect and everyone gets an end cut.
