Slow
Roasted Leg of Lamb
Ingredients:
Leg of lamb
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt, to
taste
Pepper, to
taste
Rutabaga
Potatoes
Preparation:
Rub the lamb
with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper
Slow roast it
(covered) until it is fork tender.
Add potatoes
and rutabaga to the pan for the last 30 minutes.
Slice
