Spinach
Dip
“You can use
crackers or broken bread from a bread bowl.” Dori
Ingredients:
1 packet of
Knorr Vegetable Soup
1 pint of
sour cream (16 oz)
1 cup of mayo
3 green
onions sliced
1 small can
of water chestnuts chopped
1 box of
frozen chopped, cooked and drained spinach
Directions:
Thaw out the
frozen spinach, drain all the water and squeeze any liquid out of it.
I use a paper
towel after to get any excess left.
Chop up the
onions and the water chestnuts.
In a medium
size bowl combine all the ingredients and let sit in the fridge for 2 to 3
hours.
Make sure it
is mixed together really well.
Mix up before
serving.
