Fresh Peppers and Green Beans
“Crisp-tender green beans and onions mixed with flavorful red peppers and a tangy vinaigrette makes for a fresh take on a sensible side.” kraftrecipes
What you need:
2 onions cut into thin slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
1 lb. Fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup water
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
Cook onions in 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender,
Add beans and water; stir.
Cover; cook 5 min.
Stir in peppers; cook, covered, 5 to 8 min. or until beans are crisp-tender.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining dressing.
