Blueberry
Mango Smoothie
“This is one of my favorite post workout snacks. This
smoothie is easy to make, tastes great,
and is full of antioxidants.” Kevin
1 cup frozen
blueberries
1 cup frozen
mango chunks
1 cup plain
Greek yogurt
¼ cup skim
milk
Blend
blueberries, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and milk in a food processor or
blender until
smooth.
Serve
immediately.
