Chocolate
Chunk And Chips Cookies

Ingredients:
240 g All purpose
flour
½ tsp Baking
soda
3 g Salt
135 g Dark
brown sugar
12 g Golden
syrup or honey
½ tsp Vanilla
extract
104 g Granulated
sugar
107 g Chocolate
chunks (I use 70% chocolate)
107 g Chocolate
chips
165 g Unsalted
butter
1 Egg
Instructions:
Preheat the
oven to 180 C
Line the
baking sheets with baking paper.
Sift the
flour, salt and baking soda together, set aside.
Beat the
butter until soften, add both of the sugar and beat to combine.
Add the
syrup, and beat to combine.
Add the egg
and beat to combine.
Add the
vanilla extract and beat to combine.
Pour the
sifted flour mixture into the bowl with chocolate chips and chunk.
Fold to
combine.
Scoop onto
the prepared baking sheets, I use scoop #16 (about 75g/ piece).
Press the top
of the dough lightly.
Bake for
12-14 minutes; let the cookie cool completely on the baking sheets.
