Windy City Hurricane

“This tasty Rum laden libation is a classic fruit flavored cocktail that is a specialty drink of our friends at Uno Pizzeria & Grill.  With 3 delicious spirits, and a couple of fruit juices, we present our featured cocktail... Windy City Hurricane.  Cheers!  Remember, if you want to give it a try, but don't have the ingredients, just head on over to Uno!” hamptonroadshappyhour

Ingredients:

1 oz. Southern Comfort

1 oz. Bacardi Rum

1 oz. Myers's Dark Rum

2 oz. Orange Juice

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Splash of Grenadine (optional)

Pineapple wedge and/or Cherry to garnish

Directions:

Combine the spirits and juices in an ice filled cocktail shaker. 

Cover, shake well, and strain into an ice filled Hurricane glass. 

To add a splash of color and flavor, we drizzled a bit of Grenadine over the top.

Garnish accordingly, insert a long straw, and hold on to your hat as you sip on your 

delicious... Windy City Hurricane.
