Mahi-Mahi a la plancha con Lemon Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
16 ounces
Mahi-Mahi
Half lemon
juice
Garlic &
Parsley to taste Badia®
Lemon Pepper
Badia®
Broccoli
Baby Carrots
4 Medium red
potatoes
2 Slices
Sharp cheddar cheese
2 spoon Olive
oil
2 spoon Lemon
Dill Sauce
16 ounces crab salad from Publix®
16 ounces crab salad from Publix®
Preparation:
In a plate
sparkle the fish with the lemon juice, the garlic and parsley, the lemon and
pepper
Cover and set
aside.
Cook the broccoli
and carrots no more than 1 minute in pressure cooker and set aside.
Cook the
potatoes 5 minutes or till they are soft.
Mash the
potatoes, mixing with sharp cheddar cheese.
Cook the fish
no more than 4 minutes each side using the Olive oil.
Serve and
enjoy.
